Photocatalytic Amino-Group Modification of Diamond and High Dispersion Composite Technique with Copper Substrate

چکیده
We strove to produce a microdiamond（MD）- copper composite by electroplating. Unfortunately, is naturally non-wetting with MD because of their chemical incompatibility. achieved modification the amino group for surface using photocatalytic treatment, followed electroplating copper. Results demonstrated that - material assisted photocatalysis markedly improved interfacial affinity and thermal conductivity.
